💦💦 CONTROL EMOTIONS WHEN ANGRY
💧 When you get angry, and overflowing emotions and never let up, remember the guidance of the Prophet Among the ways to control anger are:
⛈ 1- The anger comes from Satan, then seek refuge in Allah عز وجل when angry.
In a hadith, the Prophet صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم said when describing the condition of the person who is angry:
"إني لأعلم كلمة, لو قالها لذهب عنه ما يجد, لو قال: أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم"
💧💧 "I know a sentence, that if if he said it, it will go away what he feels it. If he says:" kudzu billahi minash syaithanir rajeem ".
(Agreed alaihi of friends Sulaiman Bin Shurad
⛈ 2- Shut up and do not talk, because talking when angry will cause the appearance of words that are not controlled, and so he took out his disbelief, polytheism, and so on that caused him to regret it later.
⚡️ "And if one of you angry, then he should be silent."
(HR. Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Ibn Abbas
⛈ 3- Try to sit down , if you're still angry, then lie. Since moving in anger, causing him to commit acts that are difficult to be controlled and operated, it is possible that he is oppressing others, hitting, and even kill.
🌊 "If one of you anger in a standing position, then let it sit, when his anger was gone, so that's what you want, but if it is still in a state of rage, then he should lie down."
(HR. Ahmad and Abu Dawood, from Abu Dhar
☔️ Hopefully these helpful reminders for a Muslim who has always afflicted with anger.
Wallahu 'alam.
